Minimum Order:

We do not require a minimum order, however smaller orders carry a higher freight charge due to carriers charge a flat fee based on the first pound.  To avoid paying higher freight charges you can place a $25 or higher order.

Ordering and Shipping in the USA:  

We ship via UPS and USPS Priority Mail.  Currently, we do not ship outside the US.

Ordering By Phone:

Call us (513) 260-6403 from anywhere in the US.  Telephone Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 7:00PM (EST).  Please be prepared with your credit card information and have the stock numbers available for the items you wish to purchase.  We ask that you have your order ready when you call as this allows us to process your order and assist all customers with faster service.

Ordering By Fax or Mail:

To fax us your order call (513) 297-6083.  You can charge your purchase by using your MasterCard or Visa.  Customers who wish to mail a money order with their order should add the items to their cart and calculate shipping first.  Orders without the correct shipping total will not be processed.  Orders in our system waiting for money orders will run a risk of backorders as we do not hold inventory without your payment and orders by credit card will only be secured.

Product prices and descriptions are correct at the time of listing and are subject to change without prior notice.  Please be aware that the colors of products on our website may differ slightly due to different monitor settings.  Colors may also differ with each manufacturer lot and are not guaranteed to be exact with each order.

Shipping & Handling:  

All orders for in stock products placed by 11:00 am EST will ship within 48 hours if placed Monday-Friday (excluding all major holidays).
